it basically very old Spanish songs that every old person knows by heart. she started singing and it really felt like a miracle. as like: music can reach where words or physical touch can’t!! i am amazed. i’m not very sad for her because she is 103 so it’s normal if she dies soon.. i am lucky and i have to enjoy being with her while it lasts life is a gift, let’s love as much as we can while we can. thank you for being on lens!! wishing you an amazing weekend!

music can work miracles!!! my grandma is still alive but dimming each day, barely present, doesn’t react to anything, doesn’t know i’m right here with her, i kiss her cheek and she doesn’t react at all, and when she opens her eyes she’s not looking anywhere in particular but then my sister sings songs to her.. and suddenly she starts singing too, saying the right words!!! i saw the same with my grandpa on his last days music is magical, for real, 1000%
